Mandatory : Minimum 2 end to end implementation in dynamics 365.

Introduction :

We are seeking a skilled and dynamic Dynamics 365 Technical Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing technical expertise and support for the implementation, configuration, customization, and maintenance of Microsoft Dynamics 365 solutions.

This role requires a deep understanding of the Dynamics 365 platform, including Power Platform, integrations, and developing technical solutions to meet business requirements.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, and implement Dynamics 365 solutions to meet business needs, ensuring high performance, scalability, and reliability.

- Provide technical guidance and best practices for system configurations, customizations, and integrations.

- Conduct requirement analysis, design documentation, and develop solutions that align with business processes.

- Collaborate with functional consultants, business stakeholders, and development teams to ensure seamless integration of Dynamics 365 solutions with other systems and technologies.

- Customize Dynamics 365 applications, including forms, views, workflows, plugins, and Power Automate flows.

- Integrate Dynamics 365 with third-party systems using APIs, web services, and other integration technologies.

- Provide post-implementation support and troubleshooting for system issues, performance concerns, and user-related problems.

- Develop and deliver training materials and provide end-user training on the technical aspects of Dynamics 365.

- Continuously monitor and improve system performance and security.

- Stay updated with the latest trends and features in Dynamics 365 and related technologies (Power Platform, Azure, etc.

Skills & Qualifications :

- Proven experience in implementing and supporting Microsoft Dynamics 365 solutions.

- Strong technical knowledge of Dynamics 365 (Sales, Customer Service, Finance & Operations, Field Service, etc.) and the Power Platform.

- Proficiency in developing plugins, workflows, custom entities, reports, and integrations.

- Experience with Microsoft Azure services, Power BI, Power Automate, and Logic Apps.

- Familiarity with Dynamics 365 F&O and the Common Data Service (CDS).

- Strong programming skills in C#, JavaScript, .NET, and Web Services (REST/SOAP).

- Ability to manage and troubleshoot integration issues and performance bottlenecks.

- Experience with data migration tools (KingswaySoft, SSIS, etc.

- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.

- Strong communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with stakeholders, developers, and business teams.

- Knowledge of Agile methodologies and project management practices is a plus.

Education & Experience :

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

- Minimum of 10/10+ years of experience in Dynamics 365 technical consulting or a similar role.

- Microsoft Certified: Dynamics 365 Fundamentals or relevant certifications (preferred).
