Key Responsibilities:

Market understanding of middle east Asia or Dubai sales

• Relationship Building: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with industry

leaders, key stakeholders, and potential clients, fostering trust and

collaboration

• Strategic Planning: Develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy

aligning with the company's overall objectives

• Client Engagement: Identify and engage high-potential clients, including

private equity firms, investment banks, and relevant consulting firms, driving

new business opportunities

• Sales Management: Oversee the entire sales process from lead generation to

deal closure and ongoing customer support, ensuring a seamless client

experience

• Brand Representation: Represent the company at high-profile industry events

and conferences to enhance brand visibility, generate leads, and position the

company as a thought leader

• Team Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams to ensure client

satisfaction and gather product feedback for continuous improvement.

Facilitate cross-functional communication to optimize sales strategies

• Identify market demand and identify new solutions requirements.
• Drive and manage marketing and awareness program include hosting joint

events and workshops with partners and clients where applicable

• Ability to conduct consultative solution selling

Qualifications

• 5+ years of IT services Sales Experience.
• Good functional knowledge of business processes in retail, logistics, SCM, BFSI

domain

• Good knowledge and ability to articulate emerging technologies like digital

transformation, RPA, AI, Chatbot, Testing, Cloud etc

• Good knowledge of core legacy software like Oracle, SAP, Manhattan, Microsoft,

Infor etc & its application in industry functions

• Experience on new business development, GTM, consultative selling in IT solutions

& services

• Excellent written and oral communication skills
