MS Dynamics 365 Developer - PowerApps (5-10 yrs)

Job Description :

We are seeking a skilled Microsoft Dynamics 365 Developer with expertise in PowerApps to design, develop, and implement business solutions. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in Dynamics 365 CRM, PowerApps, Power Automate, and related technologies, enabling digital transformation and business process automation.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, and customize solutions within Microsoft Dynamics 365 (CE/CRM).

- Build and optimize PowerApps (Canvas and Model-Driven Apps) and integrate with Dynamics 365.

- Develop workflows and automation using Power Automate (Flow).

- Extend Dynamics 365 functionality using Plugins, JavaScript, and Custom Workflows.

- Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.

- Integrate Dynamics 365 with other applications using APIs, Azure Functions, and Web Services.

- Ensure best practices, security, and performance optimization in all developments.

- Provide support, troubleshooting, and enhancements for existing solutions.

- Stay updated with Microsoft technologies and contribute to continuous improvement.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field.

- Strong expertise in PowerApps (Canvas & Model-Driven Apps), Power Automate, and Dataverse.

- Proficiency in C#, JavaScript, .NET, HTML, CSS, and FetchXML.

- Experience with Plugins, Custom Workflows, and Power Platform solutions.

- Hands-on experience in integrating Dynamics 365 with third-party applications.

- Familiarity with Azure services (Logic Apps, Azure Functions, API Management, etc.).

- Knowledge of SQL Server and Reporting Tools (SSRS, Power BI, etc.).

- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently or in a team.

- Microsoft certifications (e.g., PL-400, MB-600, or Power Platform Developer Certification) are a plus.

Preferred Qualifications :

- Experience in Power Virtual Agents and AI Builder.

- Knowledge of Agile methodologies and DevOps practices.

- Experience with Microsoft SharePoint and Teams integration.
