SAP FSCM Developer (5-10 yrs)

Job Summary :

We are looking for an experienced SAP FSCM (Financial Supply Chain Management) Developer to design, develop, and enhance SAP FSCM solutions. The ideal candidate will have expertise in FSCM modules such as Credit Management, Collections & Dispute Management, Treasury & Risk Management (TRM), and Cash & Liquidity Management, along with strong ABAP development skills.

Key Responsibilities :

- Develop and customize SAP FSCM solutions, including Credit Management, Collections & Dispute Management, Treasury, and Cash Management.

- Work on enhancements, custom reports, and interfaces using ABAP, BAdIs, BAPIs, User Exits, and Enhancements.

- Integrate FSCM with SAP FI, SD, MM, and other relevant modules.

- Develop and troubleshoot workflows, Fiori applications, and Web Dynpro solutions for FSCM.

- Work closely with functional teams to understand business requirements and provide technical solutions.

- Optimize credit risk analysis, dispute resolution, and collections processes through automation and enhancements.

- Support SAP upgrades, patches, and performance tuning for FSCM applications.

- Work on SAP BTP, Fiori/UI5, and OData services (if applicable).

- Ensure compliance with SAP best practices and company policies.

- Provide end-user support and documentation.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

- 3+ years of SAP FSCM development experience.

- Strong knowledge of ABAP, OData, CDS Views, and SAP BTP (optional but preferred).

- Hands-on experience with Credit Management, Collections & Dispute Management, and Treasury modules.

- Experience in enhancing standard FSCM functionalities using BADIs, User Exits, and Enhancements.

- Understanding of FI-AR, FI-AP, SD, and MM integration with FSCM.

- Experience with Fiori/UI5 development is a plus.

- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

- Experience in S/4HANA (preferred but not mandatory).

Preferred Qualifications :

- SAP Certification in FSCM or ABAP.

- Experience in SAP Workflow, BRF+, and SAP Cloud Platform Integration (CPI).

- Knowledge of Machine Learning/AI for financial analytics is a plus.
