Job Description:
- We are seeking a highly motivated HR Manager with expertise in recruiting for marketing roles in the SaaS industry.

Roles and Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for marketing roles within the SaaS industry, from sourcing to onboarding.
- Develop and implement effective hiring strategies, leveraging various sourcing techniques and interview methodologies.
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for key marketing positions.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to define role requirements and recruitment needs.
- Utilize job boards, recruitment platforms, and social media tools for talent acquisition.
- Oversee the onboarding process, ensuring a smooth transition for new hires.
- Foster strong employee relationships and ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best hiring practices to optimize recruitment strategies.
Skills and Qualifications Required:
- 2-3 years of experience in HR and recruitment within the SaaS industry.
- Strong knowledge of full-cycle recruiting, hiring strategies, and candidate sourcing techniques.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels.
- Strong negotiation and closing skills to secure top talent.
- Detail-oriented, with strong organizational and time-management abilities.
- Ability to multitask and manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Tools & Technologies:
- Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)-hands-on experience with Keka HRMS is a plus.
- Proficiency in Google Workspace for efficient collaboration and reporting.
- Experience using recruitment marketing platforms and social media tools for sourcing and employer branding.
Education:
- Bachelor's/Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred).
