Staqu Technologies - Manager - Human Resources (3-5 yrs)

We are looking for an HR Manager who can:

- Devise recruitment and employee engagement strategies

- Strong problem solving and ability to get things done.

- Understand the hiring requirement and is able to identify manpower requirements in Staqu and accordingly start the hiring process

- Draft accurate job descriptions and reach out to candidates through multiple platforms and ensure best possible match between candidates and Staqu

We are looking for an HR who has:

- Excellent communication (written and verbal) and strong interpersonal skills.

- Experience of team management; has handled a team size of 50 and above.

- Experience in technical hiring; experience in remote hiring is a plus.

- Entrepreneurial attitude to handle challenging tasks, deal with ambiguity and shoulder responsibility

- Experience of admin work/ operations.
