Manager - Human Resources (4-6 yrs)

Role & Responsibilities

- Developing and implementing HR strategies & initiatives aligned with organisation goals

- Support current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation and preservation of human capital

- Nurture a positive working environment

- Bridging management & employee relationships

- Manage the recruitment & selection process

- Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance

- Maintain pay plan and benefits program

- Assess training needs to apply and monitor training programs

- Report to management and provide decision support through HR metrics

- Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management

Ideal Candidate

- Must Have excellent communication skills (verbal and written).

- Must have 4-6 years of HR Generalist experience.

- Master's degree in human resources is preferred

- Ability to manage a team

- Adept at problem solving & conflict resolution skills

- Willing to work from office.
