Recently we launched our India development office, we want to grow India centre to a sizable entity to help the company scale its engineering workforce and serve its growing need of high quality software workforce.

Working Days : 5 days/week

Role & Responsibilities :

• Contributes to the technical vision for an engineering team, aligning with company-wide strategies and goals.
• Contributes to the design and development of robust, scalable, and user-friendly web applications.
• Create innovative solutions using the latest technologies and tools for front end development and backend development.
• Collaborate with product managers, designers, and engineers to define product direction and to deliver complex applications.
• Conduct thorough code reviews and provide constructive feedback to ensure high-quality code.
• Mentor and guide junior engineers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
• Troubleshoot and debug complex issues in production environments, working closely with customer support and operations teams to ensure timely resolution and minimal disruption to business operations.

• Strong foundational knowledge in computer science, with expertise in data structures, algorithms, and software design principles.
• Proficiency in our core technologies : PHP, Laravel, Javascript/Typescript, React, MySQL, Kubernetes, Elastic Beanstalk, and AWS, with a willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies as needed.
• At least 7 years of experience in software development, with a track record of contributing to complex, high-quality software projects.
• Demonstrated ability to tackle complex technical challenges, with innovative solutions that have been successfully deployed in production environments.
• Excellent problem-solving skills, with a methodical approach to debugging and troubleshooting.
• Strong communication skills, capable of articulating technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
