Head - Marketing
Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Marketing Leadership:
- Develop and implement a comprehensive marketing strategy aligned with the company's business goals and revenue targets.
- Oversee market research and analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and challenges within the target market (E-commerce brands)
Inbound:
- We have a heavy focus on SEO and organic channels. Person needs to be an expert in SEO strategy, keyword analysis and performance monitoring.
- Should be able to lead an SEO and content team
Events:
- Should be able to strategize and execute on event participation to focus on enterprise lead generation
Customer marketing:
- Should be able to strategize and execute customer engagement campaigns, Upsell and Cross-sell initiatives and collaborate with product for feature launch
Positioning:
- Lead promotional activities, including digital campaigns, content marketing, and public relations efforts, to increase brand visibility and market penetration.
Team leadership:
- Manage and mentor the marketing team, fostering a culture of creativity and excellence.
- Collaborate closely with sales, product development, and customer service teams to ensure cohesive brand messaging and customer experience.
Key requirements:
- Minimum work experience of 8+years -Minimum 5 years of experience in marketing roles in B2B SaaS companies
- Experience in selling or marketing mid market to enterprise SaaS softwares
- Led Marketing at company-level or for multiple business units -Has built and mentored teams
- Excellent communication skills-Get things done attitude (you are expected to execute and not just manage a team)
- Analytics mindset, Focus on KPIs is necessary to succeed
