Role Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Enterprise Sales Director to join our growing team. In this key leadership position, you will be responsible for driving sales growth in the domestic market, working with large enterprises, and establishing strong, long-term customer relationships. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in B2B sales, experience in selling SaaS or AI-driven solutions, and the ability to build and lead high-performance sales teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the end-to-end sales cycle for large enterprise accounts, from prospecting to closing.
- Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to achieve revenue targets in the domestic market.
- Build and nurture relationships with key stakeholders within enterprise organizations.
- Identify market trends, opportunities, and customer needs to position our AI-powered SaaS solutions effectively.
- Collaborate with the marketing, product, and customer success teams to align sales strategies and customer outcomes.
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and other terms of agreement.
- Mentor and lead a team of sales professionals, driving performance and fostering a results-oriented culture.
Qualifications & Skills:
- 8+ years of experience in enterprise sales, with a focus on SaaS or AI solutions.
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets in large enterprise environments.
- Strong understanding of the enterprise technology landscape, including AI, cloud computing, and SaaS products.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Experience in managing and mentoring sales teams.
- Strong business acumen, with the ability to build and sustain relationships at all levels of an organization.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
