ROLE: Managerial position in R&D

JOB ROLE:

The candidate must be technically sound and competent, have adequate knowledge of formulations, their storage/stability protocols, as well as, good understanding and hands on experience of developing Hair oil, Hair colour and hair care category which includes Hair oil, hair serum, Shampoo, Conditioner, Serum, Hair masque etc. He/She should have participated in various stages of product development such as pre-formulation, prototyping, evaluation and scale up.

Additionally he/she should demonstrate a sound understanding of chemistry/ proof of principle.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Product Development

- Lab/ Pilot Stability evaluation

- Product performance evaluation / initial attributes study

- Participation in consumer research

- Pilot scale up trials

- Cost evaluations

- Safety awareness

- Well versed in cost improvement programs

- Scale up at Factory

- Work with third parties for Claim Support Evaluations

- Product Safety evaluation

- Documentation as per protocols

- Interaction with packaging, design, brand & purchase teams

- Support to manufacturing units

- Support to International Operations

- Should handle product complaints (Consumer complaints).

- Fragrance evaluations

- Documentation excellence
