Associate Talent Specialist

Recruitment Support : Assist in the recruitment process by posting job openings, reviewing resumes, conducting initial candidate screenings, and coordinating interviews . Candidate Experience : Provide a positive candidate experience by communicating with candidates, scheduling interviews, and ensuring timely responses to inquiries . Onboarding Assistance : Support the onboarding process for new hires by coordinating paperwork, conducting orientation, and helping them acclimate to the organization . Data Management : Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate and employee records in the applicant tracking system (ATS) and HR databases . Compliance : Ensure that all recruitment and onboarding practices comply with legal and regulatory requirements, including equal employment opportunity (EEO) laws . Job Descriptions : Assist in creating and updating job descriptions and role profiles to align with organizational needs and expectations . Talent Pipelining : Help build and maintain a talent pipeline by sourcing candidates, attending job fairs, and conducting outreach to potential hires . Reporting : Provide regular reports and data analysis on recruitment and onboarding metrics to HR teams and management . HR Documentation : Assist in the preparation of HR documentation, such as offer letters, contracts, and employee handbooks .
