Manager/Senior Manager - Business Solution Design (10-18 yrs)

The Solutions Design Manager is responsible for designing and delivering tailored, scalable, and efficient solutions that meet client needs and align with business goals. This role involves collaboration across teams, project management, and driving innovation to enhance business performance.

Key Responsibilities:

- Solution Design & Development:

- Analyze client needs and create scalable, integrated solutions.

- Collaborate with teams to prototype, test, and document solutions.

- Support pre-sales activities, including RFx responses and contract discussions.

- Implementation & Delivery:

- Lead end-to-end solution delivery, ensuring timely and quality execution.

- Define operating models and mentor teams for successful deployments.

- Establish and implement best practices and methodologies.

- Stakeholder Engagement

- Act as the primary liaison with clients and internal teams.

- Present solution strategies, updates, and outcomes to stakeholders.

- Program Management

- Manage solution delivery projects, ensuring timelines, budgets, and quality.

- Drive transitions and process transformations using best practices.

- Continuous Improvement

- Stay updated on technology trends to drive innovation.

- Foster a culture of continuous improvement and align solutions with industry benchmarks.

Skills & Qualifications:

1. Strong analytical, communication, and project management skills.

2. Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders.

3. 15+ years of in Shared Services / BFSI experience, with 8-10 years in solution design.

4. Post-graduate from a reputed institution.
