Enterprise Sales Head - Education Programs
Key Leadership Responsibilities:
- Own and deliver aggressive sales targets by building and maintaining a strong pipeline through proactive prospecting, networking, and lead generation.
- Identify and close high-value deals with enterprise clients while maximizing revenue from existing accounts through upselling and cross-selling.
- Lead tough negotiations, handle objections, and finalize profitable agreements that align with client needs.
- Conduct market research to identify new customer segments and emerging opportunities, staying ahead of competitors.
- Track performance metrics, exceed sales KPIs, and implement improvements to enhance team effectiveness.
- Develop and execute tailored sales strategies for quick wins and long-term success.
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve client issues quickly and deliver seamless solutions.
- Thrive in a high-pressure, results-driven environment with focus and urgency to achieve goals.
Prerequisite:
1. MBA from Tier 1 institute
2. Enterprise Sales experience in selling Education programs to Corporates
3. Have sold to HR Heads / L&D Heads
