Roles & Responsibilities:

- Develop and execute territory business plans aligned with business strategy.

- Achieve financial targets for volume, GM, and overdue accounts.

- Collaborate with distributors to implement annual business plans covering:

- Sales performance (forecasting, reporting, timely interventions).

- Lead, coach, and motivate the sales team; set and achieve team targets.
