Manager - Finance & Accounting/Consolidation - GCC - CA/CPA (10-14 yrs)

Key Responsibilities :

- Oversee Financial Consolidation: Lead the preparation of consolidated financial statements for group companies, including foreign subsidiaries, ensuring accuracy and compliance.

- Corporate Accounting Leadership: Manage and supervise corporate accounting processes across multiple group entities using QuickBooks Online (QBO).

- Intercompany Transactions Management: Ensure seamless intercompany transactions and reconciliations, maintaining accuracy and efficiency.

- Loan Covenant Compliance: Monitor and enforce compliance with loan covenants, including leverage ratios, adjusted EBITDA addbacks, and limitation clauses.

- Loan Agreement Oversight: Review and interpret loan agreements to ensure financial obligations are met.

- Accounts Payable Supervision: Oversee invoice processing through SAP Concur, ensuring timely and accurate payments.

- Audit Management: Lead group audit processes independently, including detailed analysis and resolution of audit findings.

- Banking and Credit Oversight: Supervise bank and credit card transactions, ensuring accurate recording and reconciliation in QBO.

- M&A Accounting and Valuation: Provide strategic support for M&A activities, including purchase price valuation and accounting for purchase price allocation (ASC-805).

- Cash Flow Forecasting: Direct the preparation of cash flow forecasts to support group liquidity management.

- Lease Accounting Compliance: Ensure compliance with ASC-842 lease accounting standards.

Skills and Competencies :

1. Proficiency in Financial Tools: Advanced skills in MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint for reporting and presentations.

2. Adaptability and Resilience: Demonstrate flexibility to manage extended hours during critical reporting periods.

3. Strong Communication and Leadership: Exhibit excellent communication skills to lead teams and engage with stakeholders.

4. Stakeholder Management: Build and maintain effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

5. Technology Expertise: Hands-on experience with QuickBooks Online, SAP Concur, and ADP, leveraging technology for process improvements.

Qualifications and Experience:

1. Chartered Accountant (CA) or Certified Public Accountant (CPA) with 10+ years of relevant managerial experience.

2. Expertise in US GAAP and its application in financial reporting and compliance.
