Job Description

Experience: Three to fiveyearsprior professional experience in copywriting/creative writing and/ormarketing communication. Preference will be given to candidates with experience in the wellness industry.

Knowledge wise, we would ideallywant you to have 3-5 years of experience in managing digital communications .Since we are living in a digital world, it would help if you have someexperience/expertise in the digital space (SEO, SEM, SMM, ORM, E-mail/SMSmarketing).

Personality wise, we are lookingfor somebody who is a peopleperson . Someone who likes dealing andinteracting with people on a daily basis. Quick thinker, Solution-oriented,Creative, Collaborative, Optimist, Decisive, Empathetic, Energetic, Proactive,and Fun-Loving are some of the qualities that we highly admire.

Brownie points if you practiceMeditation or have some experience in the spiritual/wellness space.

Functions, Duties, andPerformance Responsibilities:

1. Content:

Curating and developing content for workshopswith the directors
Ensuring all content and material for workshopsis well prepared and in advance of workshops

2. Digital Communications:

Social Media:

Creating a robust social media strategy for thebrand
Writing, Designing, and Publishing content onthe brandsocial media platforms
Implementing social media initiatives/brandcampaigns through key platforms such as
Facebook,LinkedIn, Instagram, Twitter
Managing the existing brand / promotionalcampaigns / initiatives
Video editing for social media platforms
Tracking campaign success and take relevantactions in case of non-performance
Responding to comments, queries, and managingthe overall reputation on social media platforms

Website:

Creating and updating the brandwebsite with SEO rich content
Managing the backend (content management system)for minor updates
Liaising with the agency partner in the event ofstructural changes, website redesigning etc

Skills Required:

The candidate should excel in creative content writing. Social media or content marketing experience preferred
Hands-on experience of handling social mediahandles for any brand
Ability to produce excellent, high-qualitycontent with minimal supervision and in a timely manner
Good to have; proficiency in designing and videoediting
Effective time management skills
