About the Role We are looking for a dynamic and creative communications professional to join our team as Lead/Associate Manager, Strategic Communications. In this role, you will craft compelling narratives and execute strategies that drive brand presence across multiple platforms. You will collaborate with internal teams and external partners to ensure impactful communication aligned with the organizations mission.
Key Responsibilities: - Content Creation & Management
Develop and deliver high-quality, engaging content including articles, blogs, newsletters, reports, case studies, presentations, and brochures that effectively communicate the organizations mission and impact across digital and traditional platforms. - Social Media Management
Manage social media campaigns on platforms like LinkedIn to strengthen the organizations online presence, ensuring alignment with brand goals and maximizing engagement and visibility. - Brand Messaging and Collaboration
Collaborate closely with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure a cohesive brand message and drive the organizations positioning as a leader in the EdTech space. - Event Planning and Execution
Plan and execute key events such as webinars, panel discussions, and roundtable forums that amplify the organizations thought leadership, engaging with external partners, government bodies, and industry stakeholders. - Performance Monitoring and Data Analysis
Track and analyze key performance metrics across digital platforms and content campaigns, making data-driven decisions to enhance engagement, conversions, and overall communication effectiveness.
- 4+ years of experience in communications, marketing, and content strategy, preferably in the education, nonprofit, or EdTech sectors.
- Bachelors degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, or a related field.
- Strong expertise in storytelling, with proven experience in content creation for digital platforms and proficiency in managing social media campaigns.
- Experience using graphic design tools like Canva and Adobe Creative Suite to create engaging content.
- Excellent collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally to develop and execute communication strategies.
- A creative thinker who can develop innovative strategies and content to enhance the organizations brand visibility.
- Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and ensure high-quality execution.
