Regional Sales Manager - Solar/Renewable Energy Industry (4-5 yrs)

About the Role:

- As a Regional Sales Manager, you will lead the channel development efforts in your assigned region.

- The role focuses on building and managing a robust network of distributors, dealers, and retailers to drive business growth and maximize market penetration.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and execute strategies to expand the regional distribution network.

- Identify, onboard, and support new channel partners.

- Build and maintain strong relationships with channel partners, providing necessary training and support.

- Monitor channel partner performance and refine strategies to optimize outcomes.

- Collaborate with marketing teams to design and implement promotional plans.

- Gather market intelligence to identify potential growth opportunities and address challenges.

- Report on sales performance, market trends, and forecasts to senior management.

Skills and Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).

- Proven experience in channel management, preferably within the solar or renewable energy industry.

- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.

- Proficient in meeting sales targets and utilizing MS Office and CRM tools.

- Ability and willingness to travel extensively within the assigned region.

- Valid driver's license
