Job Description:
- We are looking for an experienced B2B sales professional to drive the sales pipeline for Enparadigm's learning interventions.
- This role involves engaging with top-level executives such as CEOs, Head HRs, and Heads of Organization Development to offer tailored learning and performance consulting solutions.
- The ideal candidate will possess a strong ability to influence decision-makers, negotiate effectively, and deliver compelling client pitches to generate revenue.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Own and manage the B2B sales pipeline for selling learning and development solutions to corporate clients.
- Identify, engage, and build relationships with CEOs, HR Heads, and Organization Development leaders.
- Understand client business models, assess their learning needs, and design customized solutions.
- Proactively reach out to potential clients to build a strong sales pipeline and explore future opportunities.
- Utilize strong influencing and negotiation skills to close high-value deals and achieve revenue targets.
- Prepare and deliver impactful presentations and pitches for a premium performance consulting brand.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of solutions and client satisfaction.
Skills and Qualifications Required:
- Education: MBA / PGDM in Sales & Marketing (preferably from a top B-school).
- Experience: 10+ years in B2B sales, preferably in professional services.
- Industry Expertise: Prior experience in selling HR, learning & development, or consulting solutions is highly preferred.
- Strong business acumen with the ability to understand client needs and offer strategic solutions.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to work independently, take ownership, and drive sales targets effectively.
