We are looking for a dynamic and strategic B2B Sales Lead to drive MuSo's business growth across schools, corporates, and institutions. This role will focus on selling tailored experiences, including educational visits, workshops, events, and venue rentals. You will be responsible for end-to-end sales execution-from lead generation to contract closure-while also managing ticketing platforms, optimizing sales data, and enhancing sales forecasting through insights-driven decision-making.
Key Responsibilities:
- Revenue Generation & Sales Strategy
- Own the sales pipeline and revenue targets for B2B verticals (schools, corporates, institutions).
- Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to drive business growth.
- Identify and engage prospective clients through outbound outreach and networking.
- Manage inbound inquiries and bookings, ensuring smooth deal closures.
- Ticketing & Booking Platform Management
- Oversee and optimize ticketing and booking platforms such as Zoho, BookMyShow, and MuSo's website.
- Ensure seamless integration of sales data across platforms.
- Streamline the customer booking experience while maximizing conversion rates.
- Data Management & Sales Forecasting
- Maintain and manage B2B sales databases, ensuring accuracy and consistency.
- Analyze sales trends, client behaviors, and booking patterns for sharper sales forecasting.
- Use data-driven insights to refine pricing, packages, and outreach strategies.
- Client Engagement & Relationship Management
- Build strong relationships with key decision-makers (school administrators, corporate HR/CSR heads, etc.).
- Build a relationship with partners such as school aggregators, educational forums and event organisers
- Customize MuSo's offerings to meet the unique needs of different business segments.
- Market Research & Competitive Analysis
- Conduct market mapping, competition benchmarking, and feasibility studies.
- Stay ahead of industry trends and recommend new business opportunities.
- Reporting & Performance Tracking
- Track revenue targets and performance metrics, preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual reports.
- Provide leadership with insights on expansion plans and growth opportunities.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Education: Graduate degree required; MBA preferred.
- Experience: 8-10 years in B2B sales, business development, or partnerships, preferably in the education, experience-based retail, or hospitality sectors.
- Strong negotiation, networking, and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience managing ticketing and booking platforms (Zoho, BookMyShow, website integrations, etc.).
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and drive data-backed sales decisions.
- Strategic thinker who can analyze market trends and identify growth opportunities.
- Ability to work independently, take initiative, and collaborate within a small, high-impact team.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings, as needed.
