Job Description :


  • Monitor the hiring plotter and plan batch delivery accordingly.
  • Responsible for ensuring timely delivery of all batches without delays aligned to their team.
  • Keep a check on the productivity of their Team members.
    • Responsible to ensure all mandatory training of their team members are completed timely.
  • Keep a check on the quality scores of their team members and ensure that hired employees work with the company for a longer duration and no dropouts in at least for the first 90 days.
  • Ensure HRMS compliance for self and team and deliver 100% compliance on Ecode+Eonboarding, Vendor Module, Self Registration, and Onboarding.
  • Keep a check on the salary being provided to newly hired employees as per agreed CTC, there should be no variance.
  • Keep a check on On Time Delivery and Fill Rate for site.
  • Source and recruit candidates by using databases, social media etc.
  • Screen candidates resumes and job applications.
  • Conduct interviews using various reliable recruiting and selection tools/methods to filter candidates within schedule.
  • Assess applicants relevant knowledge, skills, soft skills, experience and aptitudes.
  • Keep a check on various hiring compliances for team.
  • Performance management for each team member.
    • Responsible for ensuring that only candidates from approved and recognized universities and education boards are being shortlisted by team.
    • Responsible for ensuring that correct assessment scores are being sent to MIS team for handover file by their team members as per MSR.
  • Responsible to keep a check on the transport and non-transport zone of candidates during onboarding and ensure not to hire a candidate, in case candidates address falls under non-transport zone.
    • Collaborate with the software, IT, CCMS, and HRRS teams to seek help and resolve any roadblocks for hiring and other day to day activities for team member.
    • Work with the Background Verification Team to raise pre-BGV and other mandatory checks as per MSR.
    • Prepare various reports based on business requirements.
    • Adhere to established TP processes and hiring guidelines.
    • Perform other related duties and assignments as required and instructed by the Manager.
    • Self-motivated and able to perform efficiently and effectively with minimal supervision.
    • Strong ability to analyze reports with sharp analytical skills.
    • Responsible to ensure that the Induction & Orientation is covered for all the new hires and tracker is prepared for all the batches aligned to team.
