Area Business Manager (Retail)
Role Overview:
- The Area Business Manager (ABM) for Retail will drive regional sales growth by managing company owned and franchise stores within the assigned territory. The role includes planning, execution, and ensuring exceptional customer service while aligning with Titan Eyeplus's standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales Planning and Execution:
- Develop and implement sales plans to achieve regional business targets.
- Monitor store performance and ensure revenue growth through effective strategies.
- Conduct periodic performance reviews and ensure corrective actions for target achievement.
Store and Network Management:
- Oversee smooth operations of company-owned and franchise stores, ensuring adherence to store policies.
- Identify new market opportunities and conduct feasibility studies for expansion.
- Collaborate with the Business Development (BD) team to onboard new franchise partners and finalize store locations.
Retail Marketing and Customer Engagement:
- Plan and execute region-specific marketing campaigns and promotions.
- Enhance customer satisfaction by implementing feedback mechanisms and ensuring swift resolution of complaints.
Franchisee and Stakeholder Management:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with franchise partners to maximize ROI.
- Act as the single point of contact (SPOC) for franchisee queries and operational challenges.
People Management and Training:
- Recruit and mentor store staff and franchisee teams to ensure operational excellence.
- Identify training needs and coordinate skill development programs for staff.
Key Metrics to Drive Success:
- Achievement of sales targets and year-on-year growth.
- Store profitability and ROI for franchisees.
- Customer satisfaction scores and feedback improvement.
- Timely implementation of incentive schemes and training programs.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Education: Graduate/Postgraduate (MBA preferred).
- Experience: 5-6 years in sales/retail operations
