Duties/Responsibilities :
- Complete exposure to Product development, Pricing, and Launch.
- Managing Sales and Sales Support, Project Sales, Distribution Channels, and Retail Markets.
- Heading and responsible for Overall Sales, Collections, Gross Margins, and P & L for the different Branches.
- To direct the sales Team and establish distribution and Merchandising activities in line with the Business Plan.
- Do sales analysis and accurately forecast Sales and Stock requirements and coordinate with Logistics for the same.
- Increase the share of revenue in all identified markets through Channel, Direct Projects, and productivity enhancement of distribution.
- Expertise in market trade planning and execution on minimum costing.
- Grow Sales Operations Dimension, appoint channel, distribution for creating reach in the market optimally and servicing Projects Directly & Implement Sales Promotion Strategies & Explore New Business Avenues Lead and Manage partners with all process compliances.
- Build a full-scale sales operation from the ground up; duties include establishing database systems, recruiting of senior sales executives, and developing sales and marketing strategies.
- Implement strategic goals for marketing campaigns; serve as project manager.
- Strategize with senior management to market new products.
- Scheme building to attract the customer for better sales building.
- Building new clients while maintaining & engaging the existing associates with relationship building techniques and recognition.
- Exploring the opportunities and managing the brand stalls during Expos & exhibitions.
- Involved in the audit process of material to ensure high standards product delivered in the market.
- Develop new distributors and dealers.
