Finance Controller

Responsibilities:

- Financial Reporting & Analysis: Oversee the preparation of accurate financial statements, reports, and analysis, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and timely reporting.

- Budgeting & Forecasting: Lead the budgeting process, develop financial forecasts, and monitor performance against budgeted targets, offering insights for adjustments.

- Internal Controls & Compliance: Implement and maintain effective internal controls to ensure accuracy in financial data and compliance with laws, regulations, and company policies.

- Cost Management & Optimization: Identify areas for cost reduction and process improvement, and drive initiatives to enhance profitability and operational efficiency.

- Team Leadership & Collaboration: Manage and mentor the finance team, collaborate with other departments, and provide strategic financial advice to senior management.
