Industry: Any Building Material Except (Grey Cement, Steel, TMT).
Duties/ Roles & Responsibilities :
- Experience in Project Sales.
- Formulating, Planning, and Executing sell-out activities and other marketing programs.
- Driving the right product mix and assortment leads to overall margin gains.
- Driving a performance-driven culture in the team.
- Strengthening Forecast Accuracy and Inventory Management.
- Ensuring 100% implementation of sales process initiatives and incentive earnings of the tea.
- Navigate through ambiguous situations and lead teams in challenging environments.
- Experience in Sales leadership roles in high-quality work environments.
- Stakeholder management, ability to coordinate across multiple teams.
- Ability to build a connection with contractors, and influencers to get deep insights.
- Passionate about sales and ability to drive things in line with the business agenda of exponential growth.
- Self-driven, with high levels of energy and empathy, to lead a strong team.
