Job Description

We are seeking detail-oriented and experienced Accounts Executives to join our finance team in Hyderabad. We have two positions available, each with distinct responsibilities: Accounting and Analysis, and Operational Finance. The ideal candidates will manage various financial processes, including accounts payable and receivable, financial reporting, budgeting, payroll management, cash flow management, and banking transactions. If you have a Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting, 4 to 6 years of experience, and proficiency in accounting software, we invite you to apply.

Responsibilities:

Accounting and Analysis:

  • Manage the accounts payable process, ensuring timely and accurate processing of invoices, payments, and vendor communications.
  • Oversee accounts receivable, ensuring proper invoicing, collections, and cash flow management.
  • Reconcile accounts payable and receivable balances, addressing discrepancies as necessary.
  • Assist in the preparation and review of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
  • Analyze financial data to identify trends, variances, and areas for improvement.
  • Maintain accuracy in financial transactions and reporting.
  • Prepare financial statements in compliance with company policies and accounting standards.
  • Assist in forecasting cash flow and other financial metrics.
  • Ensure accurate and timely payroll processing, including tax deductions, benefits, and employee compensation.
  • Assist with month-end and year-end closing procedures.
  • Support audits by preparing necessary documentation and responding to auditors' queries.
  • Maintain accurate and organized financial records and files for all areas of responsibility.

Operational Finance:

  • Monitor and manage the organizations cash flow to ensure adequate liquidity for day-to-day operations.
  • Prepare and review cash flow statements and forecasts, identifying any potential cash shortfalls and recommending solutions.
  • Ensure timely collection of payments and optimize cash utilization across departments.
  • Track and manage company expenses, ensuring compliance with budgetary allocations and cost-saving initiatives.
  • Process and validate expense reports, ensuring proper documentation and approval.
  • Analyze monthly expenses, identify deviations from the budget, and suggest corrective actions.
  • Accurately input financial data into accounting software and ERP systems (e.g., Tally, QuickBooks).
  • Maintain up-to-date records of all financial transactions, including purchases, expenses, and receipts.
  • Reconcile any discrepancies in the data and ensure correct classification of financial entries.
  • Manage and process payments through checks for accounts payable and receivable.
  • Verify and ensure that checks are appropriately signed, dated, and processed within deadlines.
  • Maintain proper records of all check transactions and handle any queries or issues related to checks.
  • Oversee banking transactions, including deposits, withdrawals, and fund transfers.
  • Reconcile bank statements with company records to ensure accuracy and identify discrepancies.
  • Ensure compliance with banking policies and maintain a strong relationship with financial institutions.

  • Strong analytical skills for financial reporting and analysis.
  • Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., SAP, QuickBooks, Tally) and ERP systems.
  • Ability to maintain accuracy in financial transactions and reporting.
