Finance Manager

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Finance Manager to oversee our financial operations in Hyderabad. The ideal candidate will have a masters degree in finance or accounting (CMA/CA preferred) and over 10 years of experience in financial management. This role involves ensuring accurate financial reporting, compliance, effective financial planning, and strategic decision-making. • Prepare financialstatements and analyze trends.
• Forex for import and export (Payments and receivables).
• Develop budgets and forecasts, monitor performance.
• Manage payments, collections, and cash flow.
• Supervise payroll processing and tax compliance.
• Ensure tax compliance and develop tax strategies.
• Monitor liquidity and implement cost-saving measures.
• Ensure internal controls and manage audits.
• Identify financial risks and implement mitigation strategies.
• Manage investor communications and regulatory compliance.
• Plan and prepare annual budgets and periodical forecasts.
• Monitor organization expenditure against budget and conduct variance analysis.
• Prepare timely monthly financial reports for submission to the office and for statutory reporting.
• Design, implement, and maintain internal controls to minimize risks.
• Handle company tax issues and liaise with tax agents and authorities.
• Liaise with external auditors for the annual audit.
• Oversee financial and management accounting.
• Manage billings, receivables, and cash management.
• Evaluate capital expenditure and business acquisitions.
• Ensure compliance with commercial, internal controls, and statutory requirements.
• Optimize fund allocation and maintain cost control.
• Coordinate with other offices in India and client locations.
• Map and document processes.
• Oversee the entire internal audit and compliance process.
