Job Description: Junior Manager Sales and Operations
Salary: INR 35000 - 50000
Qualification: MBA or Equivalent
Experience: 1 to 2 Years
Job Timing: 10 AM to 7 PM (Mon to sat 6 days working)
Job Location: Ahmedabad
We are seeking a dynamic and motivated individual to join our team as a Management Trainee in Sales. This role is designed to provide comprehensive training and exposure to sales operations, client coordination, and operational management. The ideal candidate is enthusiastic, eager to learn, and willing to travel to meet business requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Sales Operations Management:
Assist in planning, organizing, and overseeing sales operations.
Analyze sales data and prepare reports to identify trends and opportunities.
Support the implementation of strategies to achieve sales targets and enhance customer satisfaction.
2. Client Coordination:
Act as a primary point of contact for clients, ensuring clear communication and excellent service.
Handle client inquiries, resolve issues, and build strong relationships to foster long-term partnerships.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of products or services.
3. Willingness to Travel:
Travel to client locations for meetings, presentations, and relationship building as required.
Participate in on-field sales activities, market research, and customer visits.
4. Learning and Development:
Participate in training programs to gain a thorough understanding of sales techniques, operations, and industry knowledge.
Work closely with senior team members to learn and develop skills in sales and management.
Requirements:
A Bachelor s degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Willingness to travel frequently as part of the role.
Self-motivated with a proactive approach to learning and task management.
