As a Senior Manager - EO/YPO Sales, you will spearhead the sales of premium tickets and hospitality packages for global sporting events, with a specific focus on EO/YPO groups and high-net-worth clients. Your role encompasses strategic planning, cultivating relationships, leveraging networks, conducting market analysis, and closing contracts. Collaborating with cross-functional teams, you ll ensure exceptional event experiences while driving consistent revenue growth. Success in this role requires over 10 years of proven sales leadership, a robust HNI network, and exceptional negotiation and relationship-management skills in a fast-paced environment.
Your Responsibilities:
Strategic Sales Planning: Design and execute sales strategies for premium tickets and hospitality packages, targeting EO/YPO groups, HNIs, and UHNIs.
Client Relationship Management: Cultivate long-term partnerships with high-net-worth individuals and key stakeholders, ensuring exceptional service and client satisfaction.
Sales Excellence: Drive revenue by meeting or exceeding sales targets, leveraging market trends and EO/YPO networks for outreach.
Event & Operations Coordination: Oversee EO/YPO group events and collaborate with operations teams to deliver seamless, high-quality experiences.
Market Insights & Reporting: Analyze industry trends, monitor competition, and provide data-driven reports on performance and growth opportunities
Qualifiers:
Over 10 years of sales experience, including 5+ years in a leadership role within the sports or entertainment industry, with a focus on EO/YPO clientele.
Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets for premium products or services, including bespoke packages for EO/YPO groups.
Extensive network of HNI and UHNI clients, including EO/YPO members, with strong relationship-building and engagement skills.
Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, with experience managing EO/YPO-specific events and requirements.
Proficient in CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite, able to manage high-pressure, fast-paced environments, and willing to travel extensively to meet EO/YPO client needs.
