Summary:
The primary focus of this role will be to drive Talent Management and Learning & Development initiatives for the Group Company in India. This is a specialist individual contributor profile with independent accountability of end-to-end initiatives within the spectrum of talent development and learning management. The position will report to the Head of L&D and TM and will be based in Mumbai.
Qualifications, Role-Specific Knowledge, and Experience
- Postgraduate degree in HR
- Relevant work experience of 10+ years in learning and development and talent management role
- Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Good detail orientation
- Highly proficient in using MS Office, exposure to Analytics
Roles and Responsibilities:
Talent Management:
- Deploy and drive goal setting, annual performance management system and midyear performance evaluation process in the organisation.
- Train functional managers and new hires on performance goal setting and other aspects of PMS
- Partner with COE on the identification of high-potential employee and design the learning path.
- Coordinate end-to-end reward and recognition program for exempla nary performance displayed by employees
- Partner on actions accomplished from Employee Engagement survey
Learning & Development:
- Accountable to independently drive leadership development journey program for high potential employees.
- Good understanding on development concepts like Assessments, Individual Development plans, Coaching, Mentoring etc
- Designing, developing of learning & development programs as per organization framework in consensus with stakeholders. Partner with external training providers, consultants, and educational institutions to access specialized expertise for employee development initiatives. Evaluate and select external training providers and consultants as necessary.
- Lead the creation of leadership and managerial development programs to strengthen the leadership pipeline. Foster a culture of continuous learning through robust training programs.
- Lead sales, functional/technical, behavioural, digital learning and other development initiatives.
- Accountable to set annual training budget and monitor compliance to agreed budget.
- Participate in ISO Audit. Prepare and document details required for ISO compliances. Ensure audit compliances pertaining to learning and development.
- Manage communications to enhance employee learnings and ensure that learning metrics are met by employees
- Leverage technology to enhance the delivery and accessibility of training programs (e.g., e-learning platforms, virtual classrooms, simulations etc).
- Drive training efficiency and effectiveness ensuring enhancement of learner experience and continuous improvement / upgradation of learning content.
- Stay abreast of the latest trends and best practices in L&D and incorporate them into the company's training strategy.
Partners closely with COE team and functional HRBP to support on HR projects / initiatives related to Talent Management and Learning and Development
