Role Overview:
We are seeking a highly driven and detail-oriented Manager/Senior Manager specializing in Compensation & Benefits (C&B) and HR Operations. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in HR operations, strong analytical skills, and expertise in designing and executing C&B strategies aligned with organizational goals. This role will be instrumental in ensuring operational excellence and a competitive reward framework for the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
Compensation & Benefits:
- Design, implement, and manage compensation structures aligned with market benchmarks.
- Develop and execute incentive and bonus programs to attract and retain talent.
- Conduct regular market salary surveys and benchmarking exercises to maintain competitiveness.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory frameworks concerning compensation and employee benefits.
- Manage employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and other perks.
HR Operations:
- Manage end-to-end employee lifecycle processes, including onboarding, payroll, performance reviews, and exit formalities.
- Ensure accurate and timely HR reporting, dashboards, and analytics.
- Maintain and improve HR processes and systems to ensure efficiency and compliance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve operational workflows.
- Drive HR automation projects to improve efficiency and user experience.
Data & Analytics:
- Perform in-depth data analysis using Excel for compensation, workforce planning, and HR insights.
- Develop actionable dashboards for tracking HR metrics and trends.
- Provide reports to senior leadership on compensation trends and operational performance.
Requirements:
- Experience: 8-12 years of relevant experience in Compensation & Benefits and HR Operations in a reputed organization.
- Skills: Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and HR analytics.
- Proven track record in managing and motivating small teams.
- Ability to handle confidential information with utmost integrity.
- Strong problem-solving, stakeholder management, and decision-making skills.
- Familiarity with HRIS systems and HR process optimization is a plus.
