Senior Total Rewards Partner - Healthcare (6-12 yrs)

Client - Global MNC

Scope of Role:

- Total Rewards for all legal entities across Pan India, including Commercial, GCC, and R&D.

- This is an individual contributor (IC) role requiring deep expertise in benefits, sales compensation, compensation benchmarking, and tech talent benchmarking. A subject matter expert (SME) in rewards is essential.

- MBA-IMI, IMT, XISS, Fore School, SP Jain, Symbiosis (Full time), SPJIMR, KJ Somiaya, XIMB, JBIMS.

- 6+ years' compensation & benefits experience preferably gained in multinational company.

- Understands the market in Life Science industry and Hi-Tech industry.

- Demonstrated knowledge of compensation concepts, practices and procedures, preferred experiences of running flex benefit program, car leasing program, etc.

- Excellent analytical, problem solving and influencing skills, can propose solutions independently.

- Strong interpersonal relationship skills; can partner with country HR head and TA leader for biz communication.

- Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously.
