Work Mandate 3 - Employees will work fulltime from their base location/ on field.
Job Responsibilities:
- Own the relationship and success of restaurant partners on all aspects related to business growth, RHI metrics, expansion, marketing and merchandising
- Maintaining a strong relationship with restaurant owners and advising them on issues related to the market and offering solutions on improving the overall P&L of the partner
- Focus heavily on creating and executing Quarterly and Annual Joint Business Plans
- Increase share of wallet spends disproportionately
- Manage the sales administration function, operational performance reporting, streamlining processes and systems wherever possible and advising senior management on maximizing business relationships and creating an environment where customer service can flourish
- Be on top of competitive landscape in terms of partners positioning in the ecosystem
- Create City and National Level Marketing Campaigns to increase visibility of both the partners and Swiggy. Conduct promotional events & marketing activations, primarily BTL, trade promotions and in-app promotions, in conjunction with the internal teams
Desired Skill Set:
- We're looking for individuals with at least 4+ years of experience in sales, key account management
- Great track record in overachieving sales targets
- Excellent relationship management, communication and analytical skills
- Ability to handle pressure situations
- Attitude to make the impossible possible
- Looking for someone can align partner priorities with multiple stakeholders and get things done.
