Senior Executive- Storefront

Role & responsibilities :

Sr. Executive - On-Platform Marketing (Storefront Merchandising), Swiggy Instamart

Location- Bangalore

Experience- 3+ Years experience in E commerce background (Flipkart, Ajio, Myntra and Amazon are preferable)

Ways of working :

Employees will come to the office all 5 days a week at their base location.

Your role in Instamart :

You will be responsible for delivering a best-in-class user experience for consumers on Swiggy, Instamart. You will own and design the end-to-end customer journey across the app for all tentpole campaigns, including planning all the storefront elements as well as key use cases, assortment, regional nuances, and so on.

They will work closely with Category Management, Product/Engineering, Design, Content, and Marketing teams. The role will be in the central team based out of Bangalore.

Responsibilities Include :

• Help improve the user experience and be a custodian of the consumer first guard-rails.
• Identify the right consumer need-state and map the right assortment
• Prepare a detailed execution plan with clear roles and responsibilities assigned to each of the above teams and ensure delivery against committed timelines
• Relentlessly drive improvements to the Merchandise experience through the development and execution of strategic and creative ideas
• Work with design solutions and merchandising operation teams to set-up high quality user-journeys.
• Help build monetization and creative trackers.
• Track campaign performance

• The ideal candidate is innovative, enthusiastic, and customer-focused with great judgment, creative problem-solving skills, and work with a large number of cross-functional stakeholders.
• He/she has to be passionate, organized, and comfortable managing multiple cross-functional projects at once
• Effective oral and written communication skills with the ability to tailor communication style based on the audience
• A belief that consumers come first. Understanding of brand marketing, online consumer behavior, merchandising & product development.
• Comfort in working in a high-growth and high-performance team with a fast pace.
• Strong analytical skills, willing to experiment and solve problems based on data.
• Prior experience of at-least 2-3 years in Storefront/Homepage Merchandising, Demand Shaping, Category Marketing or Visibility Management roles.
