- Market Research & Business Strategy: Identify potential markets, industries, and customers for sheet - metal products.
- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences.
- Develop business growth strategies and sales plans.
- Lead Generation & Client Acquisition: Generate new business leads through networking and cold calling.
- Conduct client meetings, presentations, and negotiations to secure new contracts.
- Sales & Revenue Growth: Achieve sales targets by promoting sheet metal products to potential customers.
- Develop pricing strategies and negotiate contracts to maximize profitability.
- Customer Relationship Management: Maintain strong relationships with existing customers and ensure repeat business.
- Build relationships with OEMs, Tier 1, and other key clients.
- Address customer inquiries, concerns, and technical requirements effectively.
- Collaboration with Internal Teams: Work closely with the design, and Engg teams to meet customer requirements.
- Coordinate with supply chain and logistics teams for timely delivery of products.
- Provide inputs for product development based on customer feedback.
- Tender & Proposal Management: Prepare and submit RFPs (Request for Proposals) and RFQs (Request for Quotations).
- Handle contract negotiations, terms, and pricing agreements.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and client specifications.
- Brand Building & Networking: Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and business meetings.
- Build partnerships with stakeholders, distributors, and industry associations.
- Promote the companys capabilities and expertise in sheet metal manufacturing.
- Reporting & Performance Analysis: Maintain records of sales performance, market analysis, and customer feedback.
- Provide regular reports to management on business growth and challenges.
- Suggest improvements in sales processes and market expansion strategies
