Organizational Risk Management

Role & responsibilities

• Experience in Air Travel industry is a must.
• Evaluate if the risk management practices are in line with the operational risk by business or industry vertical.
• Support implementation of audit strategies to mitigate risks arising out of the day-to-day operations of the programs.
• Continuous interactions with other functions to reinforce the objectives of Operational Risk and in strengthening of processes.
• Perform any other assigned tasks as required by the leadership team w.r.t. Operational risk.
• Ability to lead compliance level discussion with process leaders
• Ability to work in MS Office
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Pro-active ability in developing trust and professional rapport with employees and team members; work as a team-player
• Strong analytical skills; be able to interpret data, identify trends, and make suggestions for improvements

Strong verbal and written communication skills; be able to communicate in a clear, constructive, and professional manner

Preferred candidate profile

Min 4-5 years experience risk management

Experience in Travel domain is must

Experience in using Amadeus or Saber is must
