Associate/Sr.Associate, Bangalore

We are looking for a passionate, energetic individual to join our Lending Services division. You will be part of team working as an extension to our US based client ensuring we fulfill the applicable SLAs.

Key Responsibilities (Vendor Risk Assessment/Operational Risk/Communication)

• Assess risk, performing appropriate due diligence and ensuring completeness of third party documentation
• Prepare comprehensive findings reports summarizing assessment results, remediation progress, and recommended actions
• Has clear understanding of various risks such as Operational risk, Reputational risk, InfoSec risk
• Has understanding of SOC reports, D&B reports identifying the risks and its corresponding mitigants
• Familiarity with the applications like Argus and Archer will be added advantage
• Create / Maintain SOPs to document the process
• Provide recommendations for updates to controls, processes, risks, or general enhancements to the process
• Meet strict deadlines and ability to work under pressure.

Key Competencies

• 3 6 years of work experience, preferably in Banking/Third Party Risk Assessment / Vendor Risk Assessment
• Strong verbal & written communication to effectively communicate with stakeholders
• Understanding of Commercial Lending lifecycle with excellent understanding of risk assessment processes
• Commerce Graduate / MBA (Finance) would be preferred
