Position Title-Associate Director 

Experience Level-8+yrs

Department-Finance

Location-Gurgaon

Key Responsibilities

• • Oversee day to day operations of Finance department of assigned areas,
• • Accountability to ensure the accuracy of Financials statements and adherence to IND-AS & IFRS,
• • Responsible for all Direct & Indirect tax matters of the organization and company secretarial related filings.
• • Ensure efficient completion of month-end function & business support,
• • Monitor, supervise and review balance sheet account reconciliation and analysis,
• • Leads the strategic planning for assigned areas and assist in developing and implementing the overall strategic plan,
• • Experience in devising controls, process and policy documents,
• • Direct and assist in special projects as requested,
• • Supervision of the team, provide guidance and direction in several finance functions. Build a high performing staff with proactive and service-oriented mindset,
• • Establishes performance goals and measures to evaluate success of assigned area of responsibility,

Key Competencies

• • Chartered Accounts with 8-10 years of experience.
• • Good knowledge on IND-AS & IFRS standards, and various applicable laws.
• • High level proficiency in financial systems & Microsoft applications. Prior experience on Oracle NetSuite, Fusion accounting software will be an advantage,
• • Ability to understand, adapt for process changes and a strong sense of importance and ownership
• Excellent communication and organizations skills with exceptional attention to details verbal and written communication skills.
