Job Title: Specialist - Operational Risk Management

What you will do:

The Specialist - Operational Risk Management will be responsible for identifying, assessing, and managing operational risks within the company. This role focuses on ensuring that risk frameworks are effectively implemented and adhered to, while collaborating with various departments to minimize potential risks. A good understanding of financial services, especially in the broking industry, is preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in developing and implementing the operational risk management framework.
• Identify and assess risks related to business processes, projects, and operations.
• Monitor key risk indicators (KRIs) and report on risk metrics.
• Analyze operational incidents and suggest improvements to minimize future risks.
• Support incident management, including investigating root causes and implementing corrective actions.
• Prepare risk reports for senior management and maintain risk dashboards.
• Ensure compliance with operational risk-related regulations and liaise with internal audit and external regulators as needed.

Who you are:

• Any Graduate / Graduate in Finance, Risk Management, or a related field (Post-Graduate or certifications like FRM, ORM) preferred.
• At least 3+ years of experience in financial services.
• Good understanding of regulatory requirements and risk management practices.
• Strong analytical and communication skills
