Job Description

The role holder will be responsible for conducting risk assessments, due diligence and ongoing monitoring of vendors performance by visiting their establishments, reviewing their manufacturing facilities and interacting with the owners / promoters and management team to get insights about their current setup, vision and future plans.

He / She will need to coordinate with the respective DMart category teams to highlight concerns / observations and suggest corrective measures identified during the visits. Also, review data related to business volume, inventory levels, WIP stocks of the vendors compared with the overall category growth, inventory levels, etc.

Analyze various data sets, study trends, share observations and corrective action plans. Prepare and present various reports based on the visits.

The role holder will report to Head - Risk & Compliance (PE) and will be required to travel atleast 10 - 12 days a month across Pan India vendor locations.

Who can apply He / She should be a Post Graduate with 3 - 10 years experience in Internal Audit OR should have worked as a Business Data analyst. Has ability to interact with various internal and external stakeholders, hence must have very good interpersonal skills. The role holder will be required to travel for atleast 10 - 12 days in a month at Pan India locations. Skills needed Very good communication and co-ordination skills. Must have an eye for detail and possess excellent data analytical skills. Should be proficient in MS office tools like Excel, Word etc.
