It used to be good 2 years ago but now its totally demotivating for employees working here.
On paper its 5 day working
However it becomes 6 after you join
Dislikes
Managers/CXOs do not take KPIs seriously, do random discussions during appraisal cycles. Its their mood they donwhat they wish.
The company has become top heavy. There are more than 15 CXOs. The company hired 1 level up of previous CXOs and the new ones are bringing their own people now.
You give 150% on paper, basis KPIs but your CXOs will still be unhappy as even they have got 5 X targets.

Supportive HR Practices: During the pandemic, when I was retrenched, the HR department demonstrated exceptional efficiency by sending my full and final settlement, relieving letter, and other relevant documents via email without excessive paperwork. Absence of Medical Leave and Benefits: I did not receive any medical leave or benefits such as Provident Fund (PF) or Employee State Insurance (ESI), which are typically expected in corporate employment. This lack of support raised concerns about employee welfare.
Difficult Customer Interactions: Even with the training provided, many customers were challenging to handle. Instances of verbal abuse, including inappropriate and unacceptable comments, were not uncommon. Some customers even harassed employees by sending casual messages to personal phone numbers, blurring the lines of professionalism.
Pressure to Mislead Customers: There were distressing instances where team leaders instructed us to misrepresent offerings to clients, suggesting we entice them with false promises such as job opportunities in exchange for personal information required to open demat accounts.
