Job Description :

- Sutherland is seeking an experienced and analytical professional to join us as a Lead - Data Analytics.

- In this role, you will be responsible for developing data-driven solutions, building machine learning models, and providing actionable insights to drive business decisions.

Key Responsibilities :

- Develop and validate machine learning models, including NLP techniques.

- Work with Python (preferred) or R for data analysis and modeling.

- Perform data preprocessing and implement descriptive analytics methods.

- Write SQL queries for data extraction, transformation, and analysis.

- Translate complex data insights into actionable business recommendations.

- Create clear documentation and communicate findings effectively to stakeholders.

- (Nice to have) Experience in Text Analytics.

Qualifications & Skills :

Education : B./ B.Tech / M.Sc./ M.Tech in a relevant field.

Experience : 5-8 years in Data Science / Analytics.

- Strong proficiency in Python (preferred) or R.

- Solid understanding of machine learning models and NLP techniques.

- Hands-on experience with data preprocessing and descriptive analytics.

- Good knowledge of SQL for data handling.

- Strong problem-solving, communication, and storytelling skills.

- (Nice to have) Advanced Degree or Certification in Statistics.
