Key Responsibilities :
- Implement, configure, and support Oracle Fusion applications based on business requirements.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand needs and translate them into Oracle Fusion solutions.
- Perform end-to-end solution design, development, and deployment of Oracle Fusion Cloud modules.
- Provide technical leadership in integrations, data migration, and reporting.
- Conduct requirement analysis, fit-gap analysis, and business process mapping.
- Configure and troubleshoot Oracle Cloud applications to align with best practices.
- Develop custom reports, dashboards, and analytics using BI Publisher, OTBI, FRS, and SmartView.
- Implement security roles, workflows, and approval hierarchies within Fusion applications.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless system integration.
- Provide post-implementation support, troubleshooting, and issue resolution.
- Stay updated with Oracle Cloud updates and quarterly patch releases to enhance system capabilities.
Required Skills & Expertise:
- Candidates should have expertise in at least one or more of the following areas:
- Oracle Fusion Financials
- General Ledger (GL), Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), Cash Management (CM)
- Fixed Assets (FA), Tax, Procurement, and Expense Management
- Financial reporting tools (BI Publisher, FRS, SmartView)
- Oracle Fusion HCM
- Core HR, Payroll, Absence Management, Performance Management
- Compensation, Talent Management, Benefits, and Time & Labor
- Experience with HCM Extracts, Fast Formulas, and Security Roles
- Oracle Fusion Technical (OIC, PaaS, Integrations)
- Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) - Integration with third-party applications
- Web Services (SOAP, REST), BIP Reports, Fast Formulas
- Data migration using FBDI, HDL, and HCM Extracts
- Workflow automation, Role Customization, and OTBI reporting
- Oracle Cloud SCM Functional
- Inventory Management, Procurement, Order Management, Manufacturing
- Demand and Supply Planning, Pricing, and Cost Management
- Configuration, Business Rules, and Workflow setup
- Oracle EPM (Enterprise Performance Management)
- Planning, Budgeting, and Forecasting
- Financial Close and Consolidation
- Hyperion Integration and Custom Reporting
- Fusion Technical & Report Development
- Developing reports using BI Publisher, OTBI, and FRS
- SQL, PL/SQL, and Oracle Application Framework (OAF)
- Personalization, Extensions, and Customization
Preferred Qualifications :
- Oracle Cloud certifications in respective modules (Financials, HCM, SCM, EPM, or Technical)
- Hands-on experience in Oracle Cloud quarterly updates and patches
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in an agile environment
- Experience with third-party integrations and API development
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
