Senior Power BI Specialist - Data Analytics (5-7 yrs)

About the Role :

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Power BI Specialist to join our team.

The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of data visualization, business intelligence, and Power BI development. A valid Power BI license is mandatory for this role, ensuring that the candidate can independently manage development, deployment, and advanced analytics capabilities.

Key Responsibilities :

- Dashboard and Report Development : Design, develop, and deploy interactive Power BI dashboards and reports to support business decision-making.

- Requirement Gathering and Collaboration : Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and transform data into actionable insights.

- Performance Optimization : Ensure optimal performance and scalability of Power BI solutions.

- Environment Management : Manage and maintain Power BI environments, including workspaces, datasets, and permissions.

- Advanced Data Modeling : Perform advanced data modeling, including DAX calculations and Power Query transformations.

- Troubleshooting and Issue Resolution : Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Power BI solutions.

- Continuous Improvement : Stay updated on the latest Power BI features and trends to recommend innovative solutions.

Qualifications :

- Educational Background : Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.

- Professional Experience : Proven experience as a Power BI developer or similar role (5+ years preferred).

Technical Skills :

- Expertise in data modeling, ETL processes, and database management.

- Proficient in DAX, Power Query, and SQL.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Experience integrating Power BI with tools like Azure, SQL Server, and cloud platforms.

Preferred Skills :
