Artificial Intelligence Engineer - NLP (5-7 yrs)

Key Responsibilities :

NLP Model Development :

- Develop and implement NLP models (e.g, BERT, GPT) for text-based banking applications, including sentiment analysis, chatbots, and document processing.

- Fine-tune and optimize pre-trained models for specific use cases in the financial domain.

- Evaluate and improve the performance of NLP models using relevant metrics.

Machine Learning Development :

- Design, develop, and deploy machine learning models for various applications, including predictive analytics, fraud detection, and customer segmentation.

- Implement supervised and unsupervised learning algorithms to solve complex problems.

- Conduct feature engineering and selection to improve model accuracy.

Data Processing and Analysis :

- Utilize data processing frameworks like Pandas and NumPy to clean, transform, and analyze large datasets.

- Extract and prepare data for machine learning model training and evaluation.

- Perform data visualization and reporting to communicate insights to stakeholders.

Software Development and Deployment :

- Write clean, efficient, and well-documented Python code.

- Integrate AI/ML models into production systems.

- Work with version control tools (e.g, Git) to manage code repositories.

- Deploy and manage AI/ML applications on cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure).

Problem-Solving and Innovation :

- Apply strong problem-solving skills to address technical challenges.

- Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in AI/ML and related technologies.

- Contribute to the development of innovative AI solutions for the fintech industry.

Technical Skills :

Programming Languages :

- Proficiency in Python.

AI/ML Libraries and Frameworks :

NLP Models :

Data Processing :

Machine Learning Concepts :
