What We're Looking For:
- We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Manager to drive growth and market expansion.
- The ideal candidate will be responsible for lead generation, market research, brand management, and digital marketing strategies to enhance business performance.
- The role demands expertise in sales, CRM management, and digital marketing tools, along with excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Qualification and Skill Sets:
- Bachelor's/master's degree in business, Marketing, or related field.
- Up to 10 years of experience in business development, sales, and digital marketing.
- Strong knowledge of CRM tools like ZOHO, LinkedIn Ads, SEO, and social media marketing.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in negotiation and client acquisition.
- Strong analytical mindset with hands-on experience in GA4 and data analytical tools.
- Ability to multitask, manage vendors, and lead campaigns effectively.
Key Roles and Responsibilities:
- Targeted Database Creation: Develop and maintain a high-quality database for potential business leads from UK, & USA & Africa region based on the management's requirements.
- Market Research & Trends: Analyse market trends, competitive landscape, and industry shifts to identify new opportunities.
- Lead Generation & Acquisition: Act as the single point of contact (SPOC) for new clients from lead generation to acquisition.
- Proposal & Agreement Handling: Draft and manage Service Level Agreements (SLAs), Letters of Intent (LOIs), and proposals.
- Bulk Email Campaigns: Plan and execute Email marketing campaigns, newsletters, and digital outreach strategies.
- LinkedIn Advertisement & Marketing: Run targeted LinkedIn ads and lead generation campaigns using LinkedIn Sales Navigator and LinkedIn Ads Manager.
- CRM & Data Management: Maintain CRM tools like ZOHO CRM to track leads, opportunities, and customer interactions and handle the lead nurturing phase to deliver utmost results in terms of converting leads into business.
- Website & Webpage Management: Handle website updates, webpage creation, and SEO optimization to enhance digital presence.
- SEO & SMM (Social Media Marketing): Implement and monitor SEO strategies, social media campaigns, and branding activities for engagement and lead generation.
- Content Creation: Develop high-quality technical (Accounting)blogs, marketing content, and sales collateral for social media and website.
- Internal & External Branding: Work on firm branding strategies to enhance visibility and employer branding initiatives.
- Agency & Vendor Management: Oversee social media agencies, content creators, and SEO agencies for successful marketing campaigns.
- Event & Interview Coordination: Ensure 4 interviews per month for "#Life at SEG" branding initiative.
- Analytical Tools & Insights: Utilize Google Analytics (GA4) and other analytical tools for data-driven decision-making.
- Sales & Negotiation: Stay updated with recent sales tools, lead conversion techniques, and negotiation strategies.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams for smooth execution of business development initiatives
