Job Description
Roles and Responsibilities
- Handle customer inquiries via phone calls and emails to resolve their concerns and provide timely solutions.
- Provide accurate information on products/services offered by the company to customers.
- End to End resolution of customer queries.
- Inbound and outbound voice process.
- Mail drafting skills, communication skills, fluency in English required.
- Its a language specific role proficiency in any one of the languages is required i.e. Kannada, Telegu, Odiya and Tamil.
- Taking 150 to 200 calls of customers on a daily basis.
- Rotational Shifts, Rotational week offs given.
- Location - Belapur, Navi Mumbai
