About Us:
Chandigarh Colonisers Private Limited is a reputable real estate development company, with a commitment to delivering premium projects that cater to modern lifestyles. Our ongoing project, Opera Garden, is a high-end residential development in Peer Muchalla, Zirakpur, known for its quality construction and luxurious amenities. We are looking for a professional Office Coordinator cum Receptionist to manage front-office operations and ensure smooth administrative support.
Job Description:
The Office Coordinator cum Receptionist will be the first point of contact for visitors and clients. This role involves handling reception duties, managing administrative tasks, and coordinating office activities to ensure a seamless workflow. The ideal candidate should be organized, personable, and capable of multitasking in a dynamic environment.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Reception Management: Greet visitors, clients, and vendors in a warm, professional manner; manage visitor logbooks and maintain security by following visitor protocols.
2. Telephone & Communication: Answer and direct phone calls, handle inquiries, and ensure effective communication between departments and external clients.
3. Office Coordination: Coordinate daily office operations, including scheduling appointments, organizing meetings, and managing the office calendar.
4. Administrative Support: Assist with clerical tasks such as data entry, filing, and documentation; handle mail distribution and office supplies management.
5. Client Interaction: Provide project information to walk-in clients, handle inquiries regarding Opera Garden, and direct clients to the relevant team members when necessary.
6. Documentation & Filing: Maintain organized records for project-related documents, customer information, and other important paperwork.
7. Support Sales Team: Coordinate with the sales team for client meetings, document preparation, and follow-up activities.
8. Cold calling: Cold callers should have outstanding verbal communication abilities to clearly convey their messages.
Requirements:
Experience: Previous experience in an office coordinator or receptionist role is preferred.
- Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook); ability to multitask and handle administrative duties.
- Personality: Professional appearance, organized, and detail-oriented, with a positive and welcoming attitude.
Location: Opera Garden Project, Peer Muchalla, Zirakpur
Shift: 9-hour shift with flexibility within the hours of 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM.
