AC Mechanic cum Electrician

We are seeking a skilled and experienced AC Mechanic cum Electrician to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, and repair of air conditioning (AC) systems as well as performing electrical works related to building systems and equipment. This role requires a proactive, safety-conscious, and technically skilled professional with strong problem-solving abilities.

Key Responsibilities:

Air Conditioning Tasks:

• Installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of air conditioning (AC) systems (split, window, ducted, and central systems).
• Diagnose mechanical and electrical faults in AC systems.
• Repair and replace defective components in AC systems.

Electrical Tasks:

• Install, repair, and maintain electrical systems, wiring, and control panels in residential, commercial, and industrial settings.
• Conduct routine inspections of electrical equipment to ensure compliance with safety standards.
• Diagnose electrical faults and perform necessary repairs.
• Handle electrical works related to AC systems such as wiring and control systems.

General Duties:

• Keep accurate records of maintenance, repairs, and installations performed.
• Respond to emergency repair requests promptly.
• Assist with other maintenance tasks as required by the organization.

Qualifications and Skills:

• ITI/Diploma in Electrical or Refrigeration & Air Conditioning or equivalent qualification.
• Minimum 2-5 years proven experience as an AC Mechanic and Electrician.
• Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient in using tools and equipment required for AC and electrical maintenance.
• Physically fit and capable of handling manual tasks.

Other Requirements:

• Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, if needed.
• Valid driver's license.

Timing: 9-hour shift, flexible timing. No Sunday off (One weekly off)
